Out-patient/Post-op Services

Our caregiver will drive you to and pick you up from the clinic, observe you for any complications, help you with your personal needs, cook for you, make sure you take your medications on time, and/or run errands for you to maintain a stress free balance in the recovery environment.

Short Assistance care

A caregiver will come to the senior's residence for a flat fee at an agreed time. Available are 2 hour and 3 hour visits. This time can be used to assist the senior with transfers/ambulation, bathing/showering, shaving/oral hygiene, dressing, laundry/light housekeeping, medication reminders, prepare a meal, transportation to a doctor’s appointment, hairdresser, grocery shopping, run errands, etc.

24-hour Services

Shannon Private Home Care offers 24-hour service in which caregivers provide assistance whenever it is needed. However, it is important that the caregiver gets regular rest times and enough uninterrupted sleep at night. If we provide 24-hour care for 7 days a week, the primary caregiver works for 5 days and then a reliever will take over for the weekend. Twenty four hour care is the most cost effective care option available and ensures continuity of care for your loved one without disruption to the senior's daily routine.

Hourly Care

An hourly live-out caregiver will come to the senior's residence, hospital, nursing home or assisted living facility and assist her or him according to the personalized care plan and time frame agreed upon. The minimum is four hours per visit.

Shannon Private Home Care

Shannon Private Home Care is flexible with your schedule. As you need more or less care, we will adjust your days and hours to accommodate you. Our services are available from just two hours a day up to twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. When you are having difficulty with your schedule, we have a staffing professional available twenty-four hours a day to assist you. All of our services are tailored to meet your individual needs.
