about your rights and how you can contact us to exercise those rights or ask questions about the manner in which we have handled your information.

By visiting www.shannonhomecare.com  and other websites on which these Terms of Use reside or are linked that are operated by SPHC (the “Websites”), you are consenting to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.  From time to time, we may modify this Privacy Policy in our sole discretion by posting a revised policy on the Websites.  We may post a notice on the homepage of our Websites to notify visitors of any material change to this Privacy Policy.  You are expected to check this page each time you visit the Websites, so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

We may use the anonymized information we collect through cookies (e.g., anonymized web browser, operating systems, pages visited) to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATION

We use text messaging to communicate with you about your service. Normal messaging rates apply and the frequency of messages may vary. Mobile Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Opt-out of text message communications. You may opt-out of text messaging at any time by replying to any message with STOP contacting us at support@shannonhomecare.com. This will end the communications from that particular phone number. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing text messages from other phone numbers managed by Shannon Private Home Care, Inc., and you may opt out of those in a similar fashion.
