Since 2003, Shannon Private Home Care has focused on promoting, maintaining and restoring health while minimizing the effects of illness and disability for people of all ages. We assist families by providing personal care, companion care, and nursing services in the home.
Caregiver & Client lives together
The client and the family caregiver must reside in the same home.
Caregiver must be Related
The caregiver must be related to the person receiving the care in the home.
Medicaid Waiver
The person receiving care must participate or qualify to participate in the CCSP or SOURCE medicaid waiver program.
There's nothing like family.
